How long until I recieve my item?

We normally have your product ready to be shipped within 1 working day. Delivery will often be between 3-5 working day. Although we cannot guarantee delivery times due to us using courier services. However we will keep you up to date along the way.

Why does my item look different to the image?

We always do our best to match the likeness of the images on our product pages, however due to size, colour of wood, varnish, paint and all those little things we use to make your product special, we cannot guarantee your item will look identical. (Who wants identical anyway right!)

I've read the return policy, and I need to return an item, what do I do?

If you have read our return policy and are sure you want to return the product then please contact us at info@karnagenz.com and we will help you out.

I would love a custom piece created, how do I do that? What do you need from me?

We are happy to create custom piece for you! Send us a picture of what you want, measurements, and colours to info@karnagenz.com and we will see what we can do. We work with you to create something both us and you are super excited to create.

Love your work! Can I get discounts for bulk orders and wholesales?

Of course you can! We just need you to fill out some paperwork (in some cases) and we will arrange a price for you. Email us at info@karnagenz.com for more information.
