    • We currently only ship to addresses within New Zealand.

Return & Exchange Policy

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and instructions.

    • When contacting us, please provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details about the item(s) being returned.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item received is defective or damaged.

  8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages:

    • Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages will be processed minus the original shipping fees.
